Though we could have easily and safely walked on these particular roof tiles (every roof is evaluated for safety), our customer was told not to allow any roof cleaning company to walk on her roof. So, she paid the extra money required for the use of a manlift, for her own peace of mind.

At our company, we never forget who hired us, and who the Boss really is. We told this nice lady that it was safe to walk on her tile roof, and that we guarantee in writing not to break any tiles, or we will pay for the repairs. We tried our best to save her the unneeded expense of bringing out a manlift to this job, but her Tampa Roofing Contractor told her not to allow any one to walk on her roof!

We are experts in the use of manlifts for cleaning fragile tile roofs, as well as steep non walkable ones as well.

Pressure Washing requires walking over nearly every tile on the roof, but our non pressure tile roof cleaning process does not.

The job came out wonderful, and she told us that the Tampa Palms Homeowners Association, who sent her a roof cleaning letter, was happy.
