If we have a niche, it would probably be doing large, hard to do tile roofs. Here is one we cleaned awhile ago. 
If you look at the picture, you will see the Manlift we used to avoid walking all over this tile roof. This home was put on the market after we completed the Tile Roof Cleaning Using Lift, and the owners were adamant about not having any broken tiles. Yes, the use of a Manlift adds a little more expense to any tile roof cleaning job, but it allows us to safely clean the tiles, w/o any walking on them! This home is in the north part of Tampa. Home values in this area are at an all time high, so these owners decided to list this beautiful home for sale, and move up to the Florida panhandle area, once it sells. Like myself, the owners moved to the Tampa area back in the 1970’s. Like myself, their Kids are all grown and successful. In fact, we spent a considerable amount of time showing each other pictures of our Grandchildren! I am 64 years old, and it was sure cool to meet some customers from my generation!
